Our tenant representation services are paid by landlords and property owners—not our clients. Similar to residential real estate, where the home seller is typically responsible for paying the broker’s commission, in commercial real estate the landlords and property owners pay the fees of the real estate professionals involved. Additionally, our fees are contingency based. We do not request a retainer, and we do not charge our clients an hourly fee. Our fees are market driven and consistent across all building alternatives, and we only get paid when we have successfully completed a transaction for our client.
